Purple tint on Nokia Lumia 930 screen Fullscreen

The new Windows Phone 8.1 powered Nokia Lumia 930 has a problem. According to those who have just purchased the latest Lumia model, the screen is showing a purple tint. But there is a solution. Because this is nothing more than a calibration issue, you can repair it yourself. All you need to do is go to Settings -> display -> Adjust Color profile and move the Tint to Green.

Microsoft is still concerned about the problem, however, and is said to be recalling some test samples from the Norwegian market, where the phone recently launched. According to one person, when the brightness levels changes automatically, or when brightness is set to low, gray turns into a more dark purple color.

"Microsoft Devices is taking quality issues on our products very seriously.
To address the possible concerns with Lumia 930 display, we have recalled some test samples from …the Norwegian market to be investigated further in our R/D site in Finland.
Thanks for the understanding.
